The Business Office Skills Diploma program provides students with the opportunity to learn business administration functions and gain the necessary office skills to pursue a career providing a supportive role in businesses of any size.

Accurate and effective communication is the key to success in an office environment. Students will learn general office procedures, basic bookkeeping, business correspondence and professional communication skills. Students will also gain hands-on experience with Microsoft applications including Word, Access, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
